Sodeman will work to end Lernerville season in victory lane

NORTH JACKSON, Ohio (October 12, 2016) - Jack Sodeman, Jr. will attempt to end his near-perfect Western Pennsylvania season on top of the podium, as the North Jackson, Ohio, native preps for the annual DIRTcar Roundup Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway this Thursday through Saturday, October 13-15, hunting for an impressive tenth win of 2016.
Sodeman, pilot of the Glassmere Fuel, Economy Tooling, PRS Transit, Townsend Gas & Oil, Inc., Butlerbuilt, Keizer Aluminum Wheels, Simpson Race Products, Triple X Race Components, No. 23JR entry, owns three victories on the season at the Sarver oval, also clinching a first-ever Lernerville Speedway track championship.
“A win during the Stampede with be the perfect way to end our season in Western Pennsylvania. We’ve been successful during this event, with the wing on and without, so I think we have what it takes to do it again,” explained Jack Sodeman, Jr. “It’s sad to think that our season is done. It’s amazing how fast time goes by, especially when you are having fun and fortunate enough to win. We’ll do whatever it takes to enjoy our last event in Western PA this season.”
In addition to three victories and a track championship at Lernerville Speedway in 2016, Jack Sodeman, Jr. also displayed success at Mercer Raceway Park; earning six victories, as well as a track championship, his third in four years, at the Mercer short track. Sodeman’s accomplishments also secured a #1 Cochran Cavalcade Points title; a championship with points tallied during all Western Pennsylvania events, as well as events in the immediate surrounding areas.
