Another cold night at Mercer didn't scare as many sprints into hiding this week, the track attracted 27 sprints! Sodeman held off the likes of Rod George to win the third sprint heat of the night. Although in pill draw he would receive a 9th place start for the A-Main. It was a tough battle with constant lap traffic and the thick Mercer dust, but Sodeman was able to complete the night in the 6th spot.
