With the Late Model special at Lernerville the S & S Racing crew traveled to Lakeville Speedway for their season opener. Starting 3rd in the second heat wasn't as great as we had hoped, the 83m of Broc Martin came down on the 23jr in the middle of turn 1 and 2 on the first lap, taking it out of the heat all together. A few creative fabrications to the front wing of the car had the 23jr ready for the feature. Starting on the tail end of the feature Sodeman made his way through the field to end up in the 4th position for the checkered flag.
