Sodeman began the night in the 4th spot of the third heat, and after a tough battle with the field he ended up in the 3rd spot.
Because it was the Mid Season Championship one lucky fan got to pick Sodeman's 4th position start for the feature, Sodeman was 4th in points. The feature started off as a great race for the 23jr. although luck wasn't running on their side again at Lernerville. Due to a problem with the rear end the 23jr was sent to the pits finishing the night in the 20th spot.
